GIS Solutions has developed solutions and geographic tools for school districts to effectively manage information in scale from the community and its characteristics to the micro geography of a school and its components. Students as well as schools have geographic locations with unique information about programs, report cards, test scores, grade levels, etc.

These applications and tools allow administrators and the public to access pertinent information about the schools in the neighborhoods and view school boundaries. Internet web applications allow the public to visually view a map of their address and see school boundaries. This allows the public to make better decisions about new neighborhoods or when moving into a new community.

Administrators benefit by having the information available on-line to the public so that schools no longer have to field calls during school hours to provide school boundaries for addresses.
